Where to return the car?

• To the location that is agreed on your rental agreement when picking up the car
• If you would like to return a car to another city, it should be agreed before hand with the renting location
• One way fee is charged when returning to another city
• Charge of one way fee is between 177€ - 217€ depending on the distance
• You may enquire the amount of one way fee at Budget reservation center tel. +358 207 466 600

Can I return the car outside office hours?

• You can return the car outside office hours
• Most of Budget offices have a drop box where to drop the keys
• Ask the details about how to return the car out of office hours before hand

Can I return the car earlier and get refund?

• We charge only for the time used.
• Rental time is 24 h. 
• overdue of 59 minutes is allowed. For example rentals of 25 hours are charged along 24 hours.
• Please contact Budget office if you like to return the car earlier. This does not concern pre-paid rentals! 

Should the car be returned with a full tank?

• Yes. Car is handed to the customer with a full tank. It should be returned full as well. 
• If a tank of the car is not full, customer will be charged for 2,20€ per litre  + refuelling fee 7,05€.

How can I pay?

• Payment can be made with a credit card when picking up the car.
• When you return the car we will charge you for possible extra days, deductible and refuelling fee if the tank is not full.   
• Credit card is always needed. Even if you have a pre-paid voucher.
