Smoking or animals are not permitted in our vehicles. If you smoke in one of our vehicles you will be charged for additional cleaning costs.
Luxury and special vehicles are available at this location. Please contact the location directly for more information.
In the beginning of the rental, we will reserve for the deposit (pre-authorization) from renter's credit card an estimated charge of the rental + approx. EUR 200 for the tank of fuel/diesel. Renter's credit card company will return the deposit in 1-4 weeks after the rental.
In case of speeding or parking fine caused by the renter a handling fee of 49.60 € (incl VAT) per incident will apply. Please note that at some locations, returning the car outside office hours may require the renter to pay parking fees until the location opens and our staff can check and receive the car. The renter must always check applicable parking restrictions and fees.

Additional driver information |
|
Additional drivers can be added for EUR 5.00 per day, EUR 50.00 per month (Max. Charge for 10 days/month).
Any additional drivers must be present when you collect the car. All drivers must meet our conditions of rental. See the Driver Licence/ID and Age Requirement sections for full details.

Age information |
|
You must have had your driver's licence for at least one year to rent at this location.
No young driver surcharge applies.
No maximum age limitation. Just valid driver's licence. No senior driver surcharge will apply.
If you have a corporate or contracted agreement with us the requirements may be different. Please check your contracted terms and conditions. |

Payment options |
|
We will take a deposit to cover any costs in case of damage or theft.
The amount is calculated based on (a) the estimated vehicle rental price, (b) plus the estimated price of all optional extras you've requested, (c) plus an amount to allow for any fuel you may use - unless you buy Fuel Up Front, (d) less any amount the rental location accepts you have paid towards the rental when you booked. If you would like more details, please call Customer Service.
Only Credit Cards are accepted for deposit. Payment by debit card is not permitted.
Please refer to the Waiver and Protection Options section for further information on driver liability.
Credit Cards
To approve and confirm the booking, the main driver must present a credit card in the driver's name at the pick-up. Credit card is required even if the reservation is paid beforehand.

We do not accept cash, Diners cards, Maestro cards, Visa Electron cards or prepaid credit cards.

Taking your vehicle outside the country |
|
Check cross border availability from our Reservation Center and remember to mention the border cross for the Damage and Theft Protections to apply. Border crossing fee is EUR 75 per country. Border crossing is allowed only to Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Please contact us at least seven (7) working days prior to crossing.
Use of official car ferry companies is allowed.

Cancellations and No Show Charges |
|
If you make a Pay on Arrival booking and do not collect your vehicle a fee of EUR 50.00 will apply. If you no longer need your vehicle cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the pick-up time to avoid this charge.

Waiver and protection options |
|
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver reduces your liability if the vehicle is damaged. If the vehicle is damaged, you will pay the cost of repair up to the excess amount.
CDW is included in all rates sold on Budget Finland websites.
The excess charges vary from 1.200-4.000 EUR by car group.
If CDW is not included in your rate and you do not purchase CDW, you will be liable for excess up to the value of the car.
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)
Super CDW reduces the excess you would pay if the vehicle is damaged to 0-400 EUR depending by car group. Super CDW is also known as Excess Reduction. The cost per day varies from EUR 15 to EUR 21 depending on the car group. Maximum cost is 10 days per month.
Theft Protection (TP)
Theft Protection reduces your liability if the vehicle is stolen. If the vehicle is stolen, you will pay the cost of repair up to the excess amount.
TP is included in all rates sold on Budget Finland websites.
The excess charges vary from 1.200-4.000 EUR by car group.
If TP is not included in your rate and you do not purchase TP, you will be liable for excess up to the value of the car.
Super Theft Protection (STP)
Super Theft Protection reduces the excess you would need to pay if the vehicle is stolen to 0-400 EUR depending by car group. STP is included in SCDW.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Personal accident Insurance is available for charge of EUR 4.00 per day, (EUR 40.00 max. cost per month).
Windscreen Cover (LI) is available at a cost of EUR 5 per day (EUR 50.00 max. cost per month).
Complete Protection Package (SCDW Plus)
Complete Protection package includes Super Theft Protection waiver and Super Damage Waiver excess reduction products that reduces your excess to zero for cars and EUR 400 for vans. In addition, complete protection package includes Roadside Assistance Plus. The cost per day varies from EUR 19 to EUR 25 depending on the car group. Maximum cost is 10 days per month.
Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability covers drivers in case of damage, including damage to passengers and their property, when using a Budget vehicle.
Third party liability is included in the rental price.
Bodily injuries Compensation paid under the Insurance for bodily injuries covers the following:
1) Medical treatment: doctor's fee, cost of pharmaceuticals, hospital expenses, travel expenses, cost of prosthesis, treatment in special institutions, etc.
2) Compensation for loss of income (daily allowance): If an injury leads to temporary disability, the injured is entitled to compensation for the loss of income. The amount of the allowance equals the actual amount of income lost.
3) Recurring benefits (disability pension): If an injury leads to permanent disability, the injured is entitled to pension benefits. The amount of the benefit equals the actual loss of income.
4) Family pension: If an accident results in a death, the deceased's family is entitled to family pension.
5) Funeral expenses: If an accident results in a death, funeral expenses are compensated up to a reasonable amount.
6) Compensation for pain and suffering: Compensation for pain and suffering is paid for injuries which are not insignificant.
7) Compensation for permanent defect or handicap: A permanent defect or handicap entitles the injured to a non-recurring compensation, which is fixed in accordance with standards issued by the Traffic Accident Board.
8) Compensation for permanent cosmetic handicap
9) Compensation for home care costs: Paid to injured who depends on another person for care while convalescing at home.
10) Compensation for clothing: Paid to injured for wear and tear on clothing caused by use of prosthesis or other aid.
11) Compensation for increased cost of household management: If an injured incurs higher than usual household management costs as a result of the injury, e.g. property maintenance costs, all necessary and unavoidable costs are compensated under the Insurance.
12) Non-recurring compensation for delay in income: This compensation may be paid in cases where a traffic accident interrupts professional or vocational studies to the extent that the injured's entry to the labour market is delayed.
13) Compensation for rehabilitation costs.

Delivery and collection services are available on weekdays between the hours of 9am and 4pm within city limits.
The cost is EUR 45.00 for delivery and EUR 45.00 for collection.

Drivers license and ID requirements |
|
Each driver must show proof of identity at the start of the rental. All drivers must present a full and current driving licence which has been held for at least 1 year. The licence must be valid for use in the renting country.
Drivers must bring an international driving licence or an official translation in the language of the country of rental if:
- Their driving licence was issued in Europe and you are renting in a country outside Europe
- Their driving licence was issued in a non-European country, and you are renting outside that country
- Their driving licence was issued in a non-roman alphabet like Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Russian, Hebrew or Japanese (and other similar non-roman alphabet based languages)

Fuel charges |
|
Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental. To avoid refuelling charges please return the car with a full tank of fuel. If the fuel tank is not full we will fill the tank and charge you for it.
Prepay fuel service is available for a pump price of a full tank of gasoline/diesel.
Electric cars are supplied with at least 70% charge at the start of the rental. If you return the car with less than 70% charge, there is an extra fee of EUR 30.00. If you return the car with less than 10% charge, there is an extra fee of EUR 100.00.

One Way Rentals |
|
One-way rentals are available from this location for an extra charge. The return location must be a Budget location in Finland. Check the fare and availability with us. International one-way rentals are not allowed. |

Collecting and returning your vehicle |
|
The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. Please see the Driving Licence/ID Requirements section for more information.
During Office Hours
If you are delayed and arrive outside of office hours due to a delayed flight no additional charge will apply. This only applies if you enter your flight number when booking.
If you are late we will guarantee your rental for 3 hours. After this time your reserved car may be released and rented to another customer.
Out of Office Hours - Collection
It may be possible to collect the vehicle out of office hours. This must be requested at the time of booking.
The charge for this service is EUR 35.00. This service is not available if the rental is booked online and is only available at airport locations.
We need the following information when you make your booking.

If you do not collect the vehicle a "No Show" charge of EUR 65 will apply.
Out of Office Hours - Return
If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of Budget staff. This applies to parking fees, too.
You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at the time of booking. There is no charge for this service.
Late Return
Unless agreed differently, all customers must return the vehicle and any optional extras at the time/date and location stated on their rental agreement. If the customer believes they will be late, it is in their best interest to request an extension from us. If the customer is then late in returning their vehicle ,they must pay for an extra day's rental for the vehicle and any optional extras plus a late return processing fee for each day/part of a day they are late. The processing fee is EUR18.60 or the equivalent amount in the renting country currency.

Child and baby seats are available at a cost of EUR 45.00 per rental.
Child booster seats are available at a cost of EUR 20.00 per rental.

GPS EUR 15.00 per day, EUR 150.00 max. charge for 10 days/month
Travel Partner is available for EUR 9.00 per day, up to a maximum charge of 10 days (EUR 90.00).
Price for Roadside assistance is 5.00 EUR per day (incl VAT), 35.00 EUR per week, max charge 50.00 EUR per month for all car groups. Our roadside safety net covers for common problems like flat batteries and locked-in keys.
Winterzation fee included in quoted fares. Cars are equipped with winter suitable tyres and icescraper during winter season Nov-Mar.
All special equipments can be hired for one way rentals, at no additional charge.
